1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup self-rising flour
Optional: egg wash, seasoning
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl.
Knead into dough, divide into 4 pieces, shape into bagels.
Place on lined baking tray, brush with egg, add toppings.
Bake for 22–25 min. Broil last 2 min for golden crust.
