  • 1 cup self-rising flour

  • Optional: egg wash, seasoning


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Mix flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl.

  • Knead into dough, divide into 4 pieces, shape into bagels.

  • Place on lined baking tray, brush with egg, add toppings.

  • Bake for 22–25 min. Broil last 2 min for golden crust.
