Ingredients
- 1Â lb ground beef (85/15)

1 onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 cup (115 g) mushrooms (optional)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper

6 slices provolone cheese

Hoagie rolls (optional)

1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add onion and bell pepper, sauté 5 minutes until softened.

Stir in mushrooms and garlic, cook 2 minutes.

Add ground beef, cook until browned and no longer pink.

Drain any excess fat; stir Worcestershire, salt, and pepper into beef mixture.

Lay provolone slices over beef, cover, and let melt.

Spoon mixture into toasted hoagie rolls.
