¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour

2 Tbsp sugar or honey

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions

Mix Greek yogurt, eggs, and sugar in a bowl.

Fold in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Heat skillet with butter/oil.

Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
