½ cup low-fat cottage cheese (drained)

¼ cup sautéed vegetables (bell peppers, onions)

¼ tsp taco seasoning
Optional: shredded chicken or mozzarella
Instructions

Mix cottage cheese with seasoning.

Spread on tortilla, add fillings.

Cook in nonstick skillet for 3–4 min each side.
