- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 2 flour tortillas
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk 30 mins.
- Coat with seasoned flour.
- Fry until golden.
- Toss in buffalo sauce.
- Assemble wrap with cheese, lettuce, ranch, and buffalo chicken.
- Grill wrap lightly if desired.
Notes
- For a healthier version, grill the chicken instead of frying.
- Adjust buffalo sauce amount to control heat level.
